I discovered Lyndie Kennedy’s meditation class on Facebook. I immediately registered and it turned out to be a fabulous decision. We start by journaling,  which sets the pace for our meditation. The mediations are very soothing and gentle. Often times I find myself very refreshed after our session. It’s a very relaxed environment and the friendships I’ve developed over the months in the group are an added bonus. I definitely recommend this class to anyone who needs to destress and unwind from a tough day. It always works for me!

I am a 62 yr old warrior fighting stage 4 Renal Cell Carcinoma. I began Lyndie Kennedy's meditation class thinking it would be like other meditation classes. It was more then just a class she offered. It was a gift that just kept giving. She started a community for us woman every Tuesday. Met my good friend Wendy in this class. 

It has been a safe place to learn, relax and a place just for me. I can forget I am battling Cancer. This class allows me to be in the moment. The knowledge she has shared has been invaluable. Lyndie is a special woman and I would highly recommend her to be your spiritual coach.

I have been taking Lyndie's meditation class almost from the beginning and can honestly say that I love these sessions. I attend regularly and wouldn't miss a class unless it were an emergency! This is a time I reserve just for me: a time when I can relax, follow Lyndie's calm instructions and turn off from the world. I enjoy the journal writing that the participants do before and after the meditation period. These sessions are helpful to me because i am constantly on the run and rarely get time to think. I love the meditations and always feel so calm and relaxed after the sessions.

Lyndie is a very knowledgeable instructor, but even more importantly she is a very calming and pleasing facilitator of this weekly journaling/meditation class. I really look forward to the weekly journal prompts as they offer insight into patterns of thoughts and beliefs that we all have. The meditation offers a relaxed time to listen and not “do” anything but rest. Not only do I now have some new and very practical techniques, but I have a lovely group of ladies to meditate with. It is a joy to have a meditation mid-week which also gets me through the rest of the week. I highly recommend this weekly meditation class to anyone who wants to join like-minded people to meditate.

I found out about Lyndie”s on-line meditation class through Facebook. I signed up and have been attending classes since mid October. Lyndie is very warm and welcoming. I look forward toTuesdays. There is a very nice comradery among the group of women. I find through this meditation class it helps to promote relaxation, inner peace, a beautiful sense of calm and it gives me an opportunity to take the time and do something positive and important for myself.I am very thankful to Lyndie for taking the time to offer this class.
